A signature dish from the Mekong Delta, these crispy pancakes are filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. Wrap them in fresh greens, roll them up, and dip in a savory sauce—the perfect way to enjoy authentic flavours!

Stop 4: New City - The Billionaire’s Playground

Experience the modern side of Vietnam as we explore this fast-developing area, home to some of the richest people in the country. Take in the fresh air and enjoy the stunning cityscape!

Stop 5: Gangster District - Seafood & Sea Snails

Time to dive into some of Vietnam’s most unique seafood! We’ll try a variety of clams, scallops, mussels, snails, and even balut—a true local experience.
