Welcome to Swan Tours – Saigon city tours by motorbike! To ensure a smooth, safe, and fulfilling experience, please read the following information carefully before confirming your participation.

I. TOUR PARTICIPATION RULES

1. Punctuality & Meeting Point

• Both parties must confirm the meeting time and location clearly. Please provide accurate contact information.

• Our guide will arrive on time. If we cannot reach you at the meeting point, we will wait up to 30 minutes.

• After 30 minutes, if you do not show up or respond, the tour will be canceled:

  • If already paid: no refund.

  • If not yet paid: you must compensate the company for the operational costs already incurred (staff, time, transportation...).

2. Public Conduct & Respect

• Comply with Vietnamese laws and local regulations at visited sites.

• Do not damage public or government properties or historical monuments.

• Maintain quiet and respectful behavior in residential areas.

• Do not engage in criminal acts, use of stimulants, inappropriate physical contact with staff or other guests, or any dangerous behaviour.

3. Dress Code & Behavior

• Dress modestly when visiting sacred places (temples, churches...). Comfortable and compact outfits are recommended for motorbike tours.

• Absolutely no inappropriate behavior towards guides, especially female staff.

• Any offensive, threatening, or harassing behavior will result in the immediate termination of the tour, and Swan Tours reserves the right to report to authorities.

II. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

1. Tour Confirmation

• A tour is only confirmed after mutual agreement (via message, call, or email).

• Please double-check your tour details: time, meeting point, number of guests, vehicle, special requests, etc.

2. Payment

• Cash (VND or USD) paid after the tour.

• Bank Transfer/PayPal:

  • 100% payment before the tour, or

  • 50% deposit in advance, balance paid before or on the day of the tour.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancel at least 1 day (24h) in advance:

  • Depending on the situation (illness, flight delay...), the company may reschedule the tour free of charge if you are still in the city.

  • In force majeure cases (visa issues, serious illness...), 80% refund applies if 100% payment was made, plus 10% discount for a future tour.

  • For last-minute cancellations (within 4 hours) without valid reasons, no refund will be issued or cancellation fees will apply if unpaid.

III. SPECIAL GUEST POLICIES

1. Children Policy

• Under 5 years old: free of charge, sharing a motorbike with a parent.

• 6–9 years old: 40–50% of the tour price if riding separately.

• From 10 years old: charged as adults.

2. Health & Special Needs

• Guests must ensure they are physically fit to join a motorbike tour.

• Guests with underlying conditions (heart, blood pressure, bone issues...) must inform the company in advance for proper advice. A car tour may be offered instead.

• Elderly guests are advised to choose a car option if necessary.

• Pregnant women are not recommended to join motorbike tours.

• Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free...) must notify us in advance for proper arrangements.

IV. IMAGE & VIDEO USAGE RIGHTS

• By joining the tour, guests agree that their images or videos may be used in Swan Tours' media campaigns (website, social media, brochures...).

• If you only want to keep personal memories and do not wish your images to be used for promotional purposes, kindly inform the guide or staff directly. Swan Tours will fully respect your request and exclude any related images from our materials.
